Q. The time I was booking is no longer available

A. The system blocks the calendar for about 30 minutes. Phone me, I can override the system. You can either make a cash payment or book for a later time which I can move back to the time you initially wanted.

Q. My payment has timed out and I can no longer book the time I wanted.

A. The system blocks the calendar for about 30 minutes. Phone me, I can override the system. You can either make a cash payment or book for a later time which I can move back to the time you initially wanted.

Q. I’ve got 3 dogs but the system is only showing 1 dog.

A. Are you on a mobile? Be patient, the system seems to take about a minute to load to a phone. Don’t keep pressing buttons it confuses the technology. Alternatively, phone me to block the time you want and you can leave cash in the honesty tin, I’ll text you the padlock code.

Q. I’ve booked within the hour of arrival will the code be emailed.

A. That’s anyone’s guess with a Cornish internet signal. If you’re at the paddock and the email hasn’t arrived please phone me for the code.

Q. I’d like to pay for a number of bookings in one payment, is this possible?

A. Yes, after you’ve made your first booking the system gives you the option to choose additional bookings before taking payment.
