By booking Paws n Hooves online you are agreeing to our rules and terms and conditions.

These include:-

  • You must only TURN LEFT to enter or leave the Main road.  Consideration to users of the cycle lane you are crossing is paramount (inch out, cyclists from the left can be going fast!).  Neither has right of way.  You turn right at your own risk, this section of the A390 is accident prone!!
  • YOU MUST pick up and remove from our facilities ALL your dog faeces.
  • You accept full responsibility for your own animals and persons welfare, well being and insurance. No claims of any sort will be entertained for any injury or loss to persons, possessions or animals whilst using our facilities.
  • Parking is at your own risk
  • Supplied Rain Water is not for human consumption
  • Payments are not refundable, although I will happily reschedule.
  • While Paws “n” Hooves make every attempt to ensure the paddock is secure, Dog escapees are the responsibility of the owners.
  • All food waste, rubbish and non equine Faeces, must be removed from our premises to discourage scavengers, prevent injury to wildlife and keep everyone safe; especially poo eating dogs.

During your Visit

  1. On arrival at Paws n Hooves you will find 1 secure parking space near the pedestrian gate.
  2. All dogs must be kept on leads in the open car park area and only released within the secured areas.
  3. The pedestrian gate to the paddock has a coded padlock which gives you entry to our facilities. The padlock number will be in your reminder email sent 1 hour before your appointment, unless booking prior within the hour, then please telephone Fiona.
  4. Please do not arrive before your time slot. You are allowed a 10 minute buffer to load and unload.
  5. We do not provide poo bins, please pick up and remove faecal waste and take away with you. Any owners who repeatedly fail to pick up and remove their dog waste will be banned; 3 strikes and you’re OUT.
  6. Cold rainwater is provided via a clean tank for dog drinking water only.
  7. To discourage scavengers there are NO rubbish bins.  Please take all rubbish home.
  8. Small family only picnics are welcome. Please take home everything that you bring with you! No Barbecues, Gas stoves, naked flames, fires, balloons or Chinese Lanterns.
  9. Our Paddock is primarily for the use of dog walkers. Well behaved children are welcome as long as supervised by an adult over 18 Years.
  10. Pick up your dogs faeces, it is dangerous to humans!!!!
  11. Please do not let your children play on or with any equipment provided. It is for dogs only.
  12. Please make sure your dogs don’t dig in the paddock.
  13. Our 1.8M deer fencing is comprehensive but digging or climbing dogs need to be supervised at all times. Escapees are the responsibility of the owner, not Paws n Hooves.
  14. Due to the nature of Fields in general, we recommend you wear suitable footwear, Wellingtons or Hard sole shoes.
  15. Dogs suffering from contagious illnesses should not be brought to Paws n Hooves, for the safety of other animals.
  16. Persons found to be consistently ignoring any of these rules will be asked to leave the Paws n Hooves premises and be banned from further use to protect our facility for the environment and other users.
  17. Customers using the surrounding track for equines must also poo pick but a container will be available for “deposits”, as will a wheelbarrow and fork/spade.

The paddock is covered by wildlife cameras which are regularly monitored to ensure compliance of paddock users and capture images of wildlife in the fields.  None of the recordings of customers will be stored nor used without their consent.

At the end of your visit please re-padlock the pedestrian gate, secure the 5 bar gate open for the next visitors and exit the field TO THE LEFT.
